Lifecore R99 Rowing Machine User Review
I’m older than most of the people that were going to my local gym and I really wasn’t happy with the thumping music or what I was being charged for being ignored by everybody!
I decided that it was time I found a machine I could use at home. I did a lot of research and the first time around totally overlooked the Lifecore R99 – it just doesn’t look like it could do much for anyone because it’s so small. Silly me, I was actually looking for a small machine because there’s very little room to work out in my tiny apartment.
My other problem was that I didn’t have a very large budget. My doctor had suggested that I work out regularly after I injured myself in a slip and fall accident. He said I should be looking at low impact machines because of my age and the condition of my joints. He also said that rowing was an excellent way to get a full body workout.
The quality and size of the Lifecore kept me repeatedly coming back to reconsider it, and I’m so glad I did.
When it arrived it was very well packaged – I had read so many reviews about machines that were delivered damaged and poorly packaged. It didn’t take me long to assemble it and a few minutes later I was watching my heart rate on the large bright LCD screen.
After using the Lifecore R99 Rowing Machine every other day for the past couple of months I’m amazed at how much better I feel. All my major muscle groups are getting an excellent workout and I’ve lost some weight.
I would recommend this machine to anybody – young or old. With the dozen built-in programs if you want to get fit this is definitely the right machine to do it with.
I can’t find anything detrimental to say about it.
Beginner or advanced level, you’ll be very pleased with the results you can achieve with the Lifecore R99 Rowing Machine.
