The 505 CST has all the bells and whistles and is compatible with iFit Live technology. This technology will make you want to exercise! Use your home WiFi system to connect with the iFit program and work out with Jillian Michaels. Use the Google maps feature to simulate a run anywhere in the world or use any of the 15 workout apps to keep you challenged and engaged.
The ProForm 505 CST Treadmill also features automatic speed and incline controls and the ProShox Lite 3 cushioning keeps impact to an absolute minimum.
If you get tired of running in the Gobi Desert or along a deserted Pacific beach you can plug in your iPod or MP3 player and listen to your favorite music via the Intermix Acoustics 2.0 equalized sound system as you perform any of the 15 different built-in workout programs.
The ProForm 505 CST’s 2.25 HP motor carries a 25-year warranty – so you know this machine is built for years of serious exercising and like most of ProForm’s treadmills, it folds up conveniently after use.

Assembly was pretty easy but it’s a good idea to get some help because this thing weighs 200lbs. You will also need some basic tools.
It was delivered quickly by two giants who helped me most of the way with it. All the parts were there.
It’s easy to use and I really like the quick incline and speed change features. The cushioned belt is super soft to run on.
I wish the adaptor for the iFit Live feature had been included, but it was worth waiting a few days for. I was already enjoying the choice of 15 different workouts but when the iFit thing arrived I was totally sold. I can’t get off this thing!
