Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer
Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer Review
If you want to replace an old elliptical trainer or you’re a first time buyer you should take a look at the Sole line of ellipticals, specifically the Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer.
Here at Sports Fitness Equipment HQ we know there are a lot of things to take into account when you’re shopping for an expensive piece of exercise equipment such as an elliptical trainer. We try to make it as easy as possible by recommending only the best. We also understand that it’s even more difficult when much of this equipment is only available online – you can’t even try it out before you purchase.
If you’re looking for an efficient and effective full body workout without traipsing to the gym every other day, we highly recommend the Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer, one of many in Sole’s extensive choice of ellipticals.
The Sole E25 features a heavy-duty flywheel weighing in at 19 pounds. It also features a high gear ratio that many other similar models do not offer. What does this mean for you? A comfortable, fluid performance that provides plenty of resistance when you need it. It performs exactly like a commercial quality machine found in health clubs.
The Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer also offers an incline feature which can boost resistance even further, targeting different muscle groups while adding a challenging diversity to your exercise program. This incline feature is fully adjustable up to 30° so you have plenty of choices for keeping lower body muscle groups in trim.
The Sole E25 comes with an easy to read, large 6 ¼ inch LCD display screen which displays
useful data to help you through your workout. See the level of resistance you’re using, log time, distance and other essential information such as pulse rate, and the calories you’ve burned.
If you want to enjoy your exercising further, the E25 has an iPod or MP3 docking station with integral speakers too. There’s a built-in fan to keep you cool and a handy water bottle holder so you can stay hydrated without missing a beat.
It’s well known that the body quickly gets used to the same repetitive exercises. With the Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer you can keep your body in peak condition by changing between any of the E25’s 9 preprogrammed workouts and if there’s one particular workouts you really enjoy you can program that in as well.
The Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer is solidly built with ergonomics and user comfort in mind. It also has custom-designed pedals which were created after collaboration with a top physical therapist.
The stationary handlebars have built-in pulse sensors and the machine comes with a comfortable heart rate chest strap. Adjustments are made easily via controls built into the arms.

Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer User Reviews
After doing a considerable amount of research online we found that the Sole E25 came in with consistently good feedback. We also found this machine online at half the recommended retail price!
The downside with many machines that you order online seems to be the difficulty people have putting them together. We found the Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer to be so well engineered that putting it together was easy, all the parts were there and nothing had to be forced into place.
Now for the Sole E25’s performance which is the important thing. My wife and I have been using this awesome machine for a couple of months now five times a week in half-hour sessions. Unlike our old elliptical trainer it’s as quiet as a mouse allowing us to exercise while listening to our favorite music with no distractions at all. The options for working out in different incline modes is building lower body strength easily and our muscles are quickly becoming toned – plus we’re both feeling a lot stronger and experience less fatigue. Recovery time is minimal low-impact trainer protects our aging back, knees and ankles joints!
If you asked us to give up our E25, both of us would say over our cold dead bodies!
Bottom Line:
The Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer operates quietly and the choice of challenging exercises will keep you coming back for more.
