I don’t have a lot of room to work out in my house and I was on the verge of buying a treadmill but after spending a weekend away I discovered a Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer in the hotel exercise room.
After spending a very short 30 minutes on this fantastic machine I went away sold on the idea of getting an elliptical. I thought because this machine was in a hotel I would never be able to afford it. Wrong. After looking online I discovered that I really could afford this fantastic machine.
I love the wide choice of programs it offers and knowing how many levels there are it always keeps me working. The other thing I love about it is how quiet it is – although once I crank up my iPod and get working, you can barely hear anything!
It’s going to take me many months to get to the 16th level of resistance but with all the variations I’m already seeing great results. My legs are stronger and my calves definitely toned and more defined. It’s quite a compliment after 25 years of marriage to have your old man staring at your legs! My next challenge will be to get him to use it regularly as well.
