Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike
Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike Review
The Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike is an excellent bike for home use and it’s very affordable. It has a 30 pound flywheel and a quiet chain drive mechanism housed in a good quality steel frame.
The seat is fully adjustable and the handlebars adjust vertically. One word of caution if you are under 5’5” you will not be able to reach the pedals, but for most midsize people under 220 pounds this is an excellent little bike, that takes up only a small amount of space. It does come with wheels so it’s easy to move around. Resistance levels can be altered with the quick turn of a knob.
Exercise bicycles are still the choice of many who want a low-impact cardiovascular workout while improving lower body strength.
If you don’t want to spend a fortune then the Sunny indoor cycling bike may well be the right machine for you. It’s a very basic bike which you will probably expect from the price, but the company does produce an excellent line of exercise machines and they have received good feedback from users. It’s also a very durable machine.
Many may think twice about it being chain driven but it is pretty quiet. It’s a really great bike for the price and even if you find assembling things a challenge the instructions are very easy to follow and it shouldn’t take you more than 15 to 30 minutes to construct the SF-B1001.

Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike User Review
We purchased the Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike for my mother. She had expressed an interest in getting regular exercise but as she is quite elderly we didn’t want her walking the streets! We explained how easy exercise bikes are to use and we liked this one because it was affordable and only takes up a small amount of space. She’ll probably never get up to the top levels of resistance that at least she’s getting a good, regular cardio workout.
This isn’t a gym quality machine and for the price you really can’t expect that. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that more expensive bikes have but we got her a separate heart monitor which is really all she needs.
She loves her Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike and works out at least three times a week on it. She even seems to be walking better – the Sunny has put a spring back in her step!
Bottom Line
The Sunny SF-B1001 Indoor Cycling Bike is a solid and sturdy bike and a very wise choice for the money.
