I read all about the SixStar certification process when I was first considering purchasing the Horizon Fitness EX-69. I was very impressed with what I found. Firstly I wanted a machine with a solid warranty made by a recognizable and respected company. This machine is made by Johnson Health Tech, one of the largest makers of exercise equipment in the world.
Secondly I was looking for a machine where I could set goals for myself. With the EX-69 I can set goals for up to 31 days and that has helped me to achieve realistic expectations.
Lastly I wanted a comfortable machine that all the family could use, with simple adjustments. My only complaint was putting the machine together and getting the cable through the frame. I would also mention that this probably wouldn’t be a good machine if you’re over 6 feet tall. Luckily I’m not.
