LifeSpan Fitness RW1000 Rowing Machine User Review
My doctor said I should exercise regularly – I needed a good cardio workout but something that would not put pressure on my poor old knees! He suggested a rowing machine and I spent a lot of time researching all the different brands and types there are for sale. I knew I needed different levels of resistance to keep my body on its toes so to speak and I was also limited by the amount of money I could afford.
Not having a lot of space I started looking at machines costing around $500. I got the list down to good-quality
but cheaper machines that I could easily fold up and store away.
I’ve had my LifeSpan Fitness RW1000 Rowing Machine for a few months now and I’m very pleased with it. The five levels of resistance keep my body working towards getting fitter and healthier.
The only complaint I had was it was leaving black marks on my vinyl floor so I now put an old rug underneath the rower when I use it.
Bottom Line
Rowing offers a low-impact full body workout including cardio, and the LifeSpan Fitness RW1000 Rowing Machine is a well designed and constructed machine that will last for many years.
