LifeSpan Fitness RW1000 Rowing Machine User Review

My doctor said I should exercise regularly – I needed a good cardio workout but something that would not put pressure on my poor old knees! He suggested a rowing machine and I spent a lot of time researching all the different brands and types there are for sale. I knew I needed different levels of resistance to keep my body on its toes so to speak and I was also limited by the amount of money I could afford.

Not having a lot of space I started looking at machines costing around $500. I got the list down to good-qualityLifeSpan Fitness RW1000 Rowing Machine review but cheaper machines that I could easily fold up and store away.

I’ve had my LifeSpan Fitness RW1000 Rowing Machine for a few months now and I’m very pleased with it. The five levels of resistance keep my body working towards getting fitter and healthier.

The only complaint I had was it was leaving black marks on my vinyl floor so I now put an old rug underneath the rower when I use it.

Bottom Line

Rowing offers a low-impact full body workout including cardio, and the LifeSpan Fitness RW1000 Rowing Machine is a well designed and constructed machine that will last for many years.

The Stamina 1205 Precision Rower solves the problem of limited space and/or a small budget. This machine measures only 32 ½ inches wide and 48 inches long but will give you a workout equal to any machine twice its size.

Stamina 1205 Precision Rower User Review

I live miles away from a good gym and work strange hours. I also have a very small apartment so most other equipment would get in the way. The Stamina 1205 Precision Rower arrived just a couple of days after I’d ordered it and it was incredibly easy to assemble. I was looking for a total body workout and the price of the Stamina 1205 was well within my budget. I would’ve spent more on annual fees for the gym. I put it in my living room and watch the TV as I work out. I can monitor how far I’ve gone and how many calories I’ve burned with the handy monitor. Before I know it I’ve gone through each phase and my exercising for the day is over – it’s very convenient.

I get a great total body workout from this machine and it doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Bottom Line

The Stamina 1205 Precision Rower is a bargain and a very effective way of getting a total body, low-impact workout.
