Teeter Hang Ups Dex II Decompression and Extension Machine
Teeter Hang Ups Dex II Decompression and Extension Machine Review
The Teeter Hang Ups Dex II Decompression and Extension Machine is a forward-rotating inversion machine that is easily controlled by the user.
While comfortable and secure in a 90° position the lumbar curve becomes flattened and the lower vertebrae are separated and traction applied to the hip joints. This machine is perfect for back extension exercises – stretching and strengthening the back.
This is a very well built machine that offers lap and adjustable leg supports so you can feel confident when doing any number of inverted exercises and stretches. By gripping the traction handles you can stretch your lower vertebra offering even more decompression of that area. Unlike some machines the Teeter Hang Ups Dex II does not put excessive traction on the ankle and knee joints. The majority of traction is applied to the hips and lower vertebrae.
Since 1981 the Teeter company has dedicated itself to manufacturing high-quality inversion products. The owners of the company are convinced that this natural form of ancient therapy works. Roger Teeter suffered from constant, nagging back pain and discovered that simple inversion therapy was the best relief he could get. He is now a living testament to how well conversion therapy works – he now lives back pain free.
The Dex II will work for anybody who is between 5’8” and 6’6” tall. It accommodates up to 300 pounds. The machine does not take up an enormous amount of room – it’s very compact measuring just 28 x 58 x 45”. This small machine can make a very large impact on a back pain sufferer’s life. It also comes with a five-year warranty.
All Teeter F-series inversion tables are classified in accordance with rigorous clinical and medical equipment testing. The UL 2601-1 classification is only given after the equipment passes stringent structural tests.

Teeter Hang Ups Dex II Decompression and Extension Machine User Review
My wife suffered from near debilitating back pain after an automobile accident. Therapy was once a week and doing very little for her. She had to resort to taking opiates to kill the pain and the side effects were becoming as intolerable as her pain.
We got it all adjusted exactly to fit her. My only complaint is that this machine cannot be adjusted to fit me – I occasionally get back pain myself especially after working in the yard but that’s a minor gripe.
I read some very favorable reviews about decompression machines and we decided it was worth trying. After only a couple of weeks using the Teeter Hang Ups Dex II Decompression and Extension Machine she has become a different person! Her back pain has virtually gone and the heavy-duty pain pills were flushed down the toilet. She’s back to being the woman I knew before the accident that herniated a lower disk in her vertebra.
I recommend this to anybody who suffers back pain – the results are miraculous.
Bottom Line
If you don’t purchase the Teeter Hang Ups Dex II Decompression and Extension Machine and you’re suffering from back pain due to a bulging disc or whatever, you’re missing out on proven and effective therapy that is easily performed in your own home.
